The Middle East Family Office Symposium is Institutional Investor's one-day Dubai meeting for family offices and wealth managers. The fourth edition is listed for 17 September 2026 at Fairmont The Palm on Palm Jumeirah. The organiser still labels that "current expected date", so confirm it before travelling.

This is a different event from the LATAM and Middle East Family Office Investment Summit names elsewhere in the directory, and from Informa's SuperReturn family office day in October.

Who attends

The room is mixed by design: single and multi-family offices alongside wealth management professionals who invest in public and private markets. Invitations are limited to senior representatives who are actively allocating. That is a wider net than Institutional Investor's Asia Single Family Office Roundtable, which excludes multi-family offices, advisers and the press.

Treat it as an allocator forum in Dubai, not as a principals-only peer group. The Institutional Investor name still pulls a more investment-led audience than a general wealth conference, but wealth managers are in the room on purpose.

How access works

Registration goes through a form on the organiser's site. There is no published price, no public asset minimum, and the page was marked not to be indexed when this entry was last checked. Institutional Investor names regional contacts on the page, so an allocator who qualifies but has not been approached can make themselves known.

Because the date is still described as expected, treat both the day and the venue as subject to confirmation. Do not copy third-party calendars that list a different September date without checking the organiser.

What attendees get

A one-day programme of discussion, insight and networking aimed at families and wealth managers allocating in the region and globally. No detailed agenda was published when this entry was last reviewed. The value, if the date holds, is a concentrated Institutional Investor room in Dubai without the three-day commitment of the Lausanne or Laguna Beach conferences.
