The Family Office Forum Riyadh is the Saudi edition of the Prestel & Partner forum series. The second edition runs on 2 and 3 December 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention. It brings the format the organiser has run for years in London, Zurich, Dubai and New York to a market where family capital dominates the private economy but rarely meets in a neutral room.

Who attends

The organiser describes the audience as family office and family business decision makers from Saudi Arabia, the GCC and beyond, joined by a small number of selected experts. The test for a free place is the same one used across the series: a wealth holder or private family office with at least US$150 million in assets and no commercial offering for the room attends as a guest. Anyone selling products, services, co-investments or advice pays for a delegate pass or sponsors.

Prestel & Partner commits to keeping more buy-side than sell-side participants in the room, and every application is reviewed against that ratio. For a Gulf family office the value is meeting other Saudi and regional families under those conditions, without the sponsor-led agenda that marks most wealth events in the region.

How access works

Qualifying families apply directly and attend free. Providers pay a published £4,490 for a two-day delegate pass; the page does not itemise VAT for Saudi Arabia, so confirm the total with the organiser. There is no automatic right to attend or to sponsor at any price, and provider places are capped.

What attendees get

Two days of interactive panels and all-day networking, with no sales pitches on the programme. Speakers are drawn mainly from families and their offices, and a few professional firms take part as named experts. Attendee details are not shared with partners.

This is a young edition. The first Riyadh forum established the format; the second is the one to judge it by, and the organiser publishes agendas and post-event reports for its longer-running editions that show what to expect. Families who want the same format closer to home in the UAE can look at the Dubai forum, which is in its eleventh year.
