The Family Office Forum Los Cabos is Prestel & Partner's first Mexican edition, run with Grupo Mesarey and held over two days at The Solaz on 9 and 10 June 2027. The organiser says it is built for more than 100 single family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with a small number of selected experts. The programme will be conducted predominantly in Spanish, with networking also open to English-speaking attendees.
Who attends
The same Prestel test applies, with a slightly lower bar than the US and European forums: families with more than US$120 million attend as complimentary guests if they have nothing to sell and the office works for one family or a few. Anyone offering products, services, co-investments or advice buys a pass or sponsors.
The partnership with Mesarey is the local signal. Prestel has run this format for years in New York, Los Angeles, London and the Gulf; Mesarey supplies Mexican context. The intended room is Mexican family wealth first, with international families welcome rather than the other way around.
How access works
Qualifying families apply on the event page or by email and pay nothing. Provider rates are published in dollars, not the sterling used on Prestel's other forums: US$2,990 plus VAT for one day, US$4,490 plus VAT for both days. Every application is reviewed, and there is no automatic right to attend or sponsor.
Confirm VAT treatment when you apply. The dollar pricing is the clearest sign that this edition is aimed at a Mexican and wider Americas audience rather than the UK-invoiced European circuit.
What attendees get
Interactive panels on wealth preservation, legacy and the evolution of Mexican family offices, with networking through both days. The agenda was still being written when this entry was last checked; the organiser asks interested families to register for updates.
For a Mexican single family office, this is the Prestel format in-market, in Spanish, at a resort rather than a city club. For an international office with Mexican assets or relatives, it is the edition of the series that gathers those families in one place. It is not a substitute for the Los Angeles forum a week earlier, which remains the English-language West Coast meeting.
