These Jurisdiction-Specific Terms supplement the Asora Terms of Service and apply to users in specific jurisdictions. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the general Terms of Service, these Jurisdiction-Specific Terms shall prevail.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), processing of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Asora is committed to compliance with all applicable GDPR requirements.

For users in the Asia-Pacific region, Asora complies with applicable local data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (where applicable).
