The USA Family Office Conference is the American counterpart of the Global Family Office Community's London conference. It runs for one day each November in Beverly Hills; the sixth edition is on Thursday 12 November 2026, at a venue released only to approved guests. GFOC is a London-based private membership organisation for family office principals, families and executives, and this conference brings its international membership to the US West Coast rather than serving a US-only audience.
Who attends
The organiser expects more than 100 members: single family office principals, family members and executives from across the United States, joined by members from Asia and Europe. The agenda is described as created by family offices, for family offices, and the day is framed as a peer gathering rather than a commercial conference. West Coast wealth is well represented, which gives the room a different mix from the New York and Miami events on the US circuit.
How access works
Attendance is for single family offices, family members of family offices and GFOC members. New single family offices may apply and are approved at the organiser's discretion. Other applicants are screened and may need to pay a fee; no figure is published. Requests go through a web form on the conference site.
Providers do not buy tickets. The organiser makes attendance available to what it calls a handful of sponsors, arranged through its contact form. That keeps the room weighted to families and their staff, at the cost of the price transparency an open conference offers.
What attendees get
A full day of presentations, expert-led discussions and networking. With few sponsors and no provider passes, most conversations are between principals and executives, which is the point of the format.
GFOC's main event is the Global Family Office Conference in London each June. Beyond the two conferences it runs undated member forums, private lunches and dinners, a September retreat in the South of France for principals, the GFOC Journal and the GFOConnect platform, and it owns FamilyOfficeRecruitment.com. For a West Coast single family office that wants a vetted peer day without flying east, this is one of the few options that does not sell seats to the market.
