SuperReturn Private Wealth US West is Informa Connect's one-day Los Angeles conference on alternatives in private wealth. The 2026 edition is on 15 September at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills. It sits next to SuperReturn US West (14 to 15 September) and SuperReturn Venture US West (14 September), and Informa sells an all-access pass across the three.

This is not the same product as SuperReturn Family Office Asia or Europe. Those days are screened for single family offices. This one is a private wealth and private-markets meeting that includes family offices rather than excluding everyone else.

Who attends

Informa describes the audience as private banks, wealth institutions, elite RIAs and multi-family offices, with general partners on the other side of the room. Named attendees on the page have included Merrill Private Wealth Management, Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Cerity Partners, Ardian, KKR and Apax. Single family offices are part of the mix, not the filter.

The conversation is about putting private markets into wealth-management portfolios: access, structures, transparency and resilience. A family office that thinks of itself as an allocator will recognise the questions. A family that wants governance, succession or a principals-only room should look at the SuperReturn family office days instead.

How access works

LPs attend free, with LP-only discussion groups, an LP lounge, early access to the delegate list and a dedicated LP relations team. Managers and service providers buy a ticket or sponsor. Informa does not publish the paid rate on the event page.

Qualifying as an LP is the route that matters. If you are a family office that allocates to funds, ask Informa to treat you as an LP rather than buying a manager pass.

What attendees get

A day of sessions on expanding access to private markets, portfolio construction through private assets, innovative structures, volatility and AI in private wealth, plus networking through the ConnectMe lounge and scheduled contact time. Speakers named for 2026 include heads of private wealth alternatives at banks and asset managers as well as wealth-firm principals.

The adjacent SuperReturn US West days are the reason to stay in Los Angeles. A family that already travels for private capital conferences can add this date without a separate trip; a family that only wants other families should skip it.
