The Palm Beach Family Office Forum is a four-day gathering hosted by Angelo Robles, who founded the Family Office Association and now runs SFO Continuity, an advisory practice for single family offices. The 2027 edition runs from 8 to 11 March in Palm Beach, hosted with Bryant Hayward and Alexander Galambos, and follows editions in 2025 and 2026. It is the most restrictive event in this directory on one measure: attendance is limited to 50 verified single family offices.
Who attends
Principals and senior executives of single family offices, drawn from North America, Latin America and Europe. The host's own language sets the bar high, talking of dynastic wealth and offices in the hundreds of millions, though no asset threshold is published. Every application is personally reviewed by Angelo Robles, and the organiser states plainly that applying does not guarantee admission.
The stage follows the room. The organiser describes a peer-to-peer design in which most speakers are family principals and family office chief executives, and sponsors are not given stage time. For an office tired of conferences where the panel is the sponsor's sales team, that is the point of the forum.
How access works
Apply through the forum page. The host reviews submissions individually and caps the group at 50 offices. No fee is published; the organiser describes the forum as something you earn entry to rather than buy, so ask directly about cost and what it covers.
What attendees get
Four days, including evening receptions, a keynote the host calls the State of the System address, investment breakouts on AI and technology, energy, venture and private equity and real estate, roundtables, private dinners and deliberate unstructured time. Recent agendas ranged from the AI-native family office and counterparty risk to investing in professional sports and space, alongside succession, governance and the running of a lean office. The format rewards people who want four days of candid exchange with peers rather than a conference they can dip into for an afternoon.
Two cautions. The forum is young, with three editions, and it is built around one host's judgement and network, which is both its strength and its dependency. Families who want a larger, screened room in the same season can compare the FOX Private Family Capital Summit, which also meets in Palm Beach in March.
