The Family Office Forum Singapore is the Southeast Asian edition of the Prestel & Partner forum series, held over two days at Raffles Hotel. It is in its eighth year and gathers more than 100 family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals from across the region. The organiser positions it as the region's main meeting place for single family offices and wealth holders, with an agenda split between governance and investment.
Who attends
Entry is decided by one question: do you have an offering for the audience, or not? Family offices and wealth holders with nothing to sell attend as guests. Anyone offering products, services, co-investment opportunities, advice or commercial multi-family office work pays for a delegate pass or sponsors. People who do both are reviewed case by case.
The stated formula is that more family offices and wealth holders sit on the stage than providers, and more sit in the audience than providers. Prestel & Partner define a genuine principal or family office as one holding at least US$150 million in assets and working for one family or a few, rather than selling to many third parties. The general attendance rules quote a minimum entry level of 120 million euros, so confirm the current threshold before applying.
How access works
Qualifying families apply and attend free. Providers buy a pass: £2,990 for one day or £4,490 for both, quoted in pounds. Paying does not guarantee entry. The organiser reviews each application on its own and caps provider numbers deliberately, so a place can be refused even when someone is willing to pay for it.
What attendees get
Two days of panels and open discussion aimed at protecting and advancing family legacies, plus all-day networking with no sales pitches from the floor. The testimonials the organiser publishes stress the number of genuine single family offices in the room rather than the speaker list, which is a reasonable signal of what the event is for.
Attendee data is not shared with other guests or with event partners, and the organiser takes no part in whatever conversations follow. The most recent conference report and past agendas are published on the event page, and reading one is the quickest way to judge whether the content suits your office.
