AngelCentral is a technology platform connecting angel investors with startup opportunities across Southeast Asia, combining curated deal flow, structured education and syndication support. It publishes its full tier structure, which makes it one of the easiest networks in this category to evaluate without a sales conversation.

Who joins

The membership is broader than most angel networks: individual accredited and expert investors, family offices, corporate entities, trusts, venture capital firms and corporate venture arms.

A separate Learning Member tier exists for aspiring angels who do not hold accredited or expert investor status. As with a small number of other networks in this directory, that opens a legitimate route for someone building knowledge before they qualify to invest, including a younger family member.

How membership works

Five tiers, all priced in Singapore dollars and published.

Angel membership is S$980 a year with one login. AngelPlus is S$1,480. Corporate membership is S$2,480 and covers up to three representatives, which suits a family office wanting several people involved. Learning Member is S$980. Corporate sponsorship is arranged separately. Additional logins cost S$500 a year across the paid tiers.

Every tier includes the same educational core: invitations to pitch sessions, video recordings of them, platform access to curated startups, watchlists, complimentary masterclasses and deep-dive workshops, access to past workshop videos, networking events and a quarterly newsletter. What varies by level is syndication access, updates on special purpose vehicles, and speaking opportunities.

Pricing the education identically across tiers and charging for deal participation is a sensible structure. It means a member paying the lowest fee is not receiving a hollowed-out version of the learning.

What members get

Deal flow curated by AngelCentral's own angels, and the ability to join syndicates they set up, which is how a smaller investor reaches deals that would otherwise need a much larger cheque.

The workshops are the other half and are the reason to prefer this over a pure deal platform. Southeast Asian early-stage investing has particular features, including cross-border structuring across several jurisdictions and legal systems, that generic angel education does not address.

No minimum investment is published, so the only fixed commitment is the annual fee. For a family office in the region wanting exposure to regional early-stage deal flow, the corporate tier at S$2,480 for three people is a modest, transparent starting point.
