The Family Wealth Report Family Office Fintech Summit is a one-day New York conference run by ClearView Financial Media, the London publisher of Family Wealth Report and WealthBriefing. First held in 2016, it is the longest-running technology summit for family offices in the city. The eleventh edition takes place on Monday 19 October 2026 at BNY's offices at 88 Murray Street, from 8:15 in the morning to 6 in the evening.

Who attends

Family office leaders, chief operating officers and the investment and operations executives who run the office day to day, alongside the technology firms that sell to them and the advisers who sit between. Family Wealth Report's editors set the agenda and choose the speakers, which keeps the content closer to what offices ask about than to what vendors want to show. Registration categories on the form include every kind of family office (single, multi, embedded and hybrid), private banks, RIAs, consultants and wealthtech providers.

How access works

Registration is by web form on the summit page, subject to the organiser's approval. The page gives no ticket figure; ClearView's sister Investment Summit is complimentary for approved delegates, and the Fintech Summit is sponsor-funded in the same way, so family office staff should expect approval rather than a price. Providers come in as sponsors; 2026 technology demonstration sponsors include Eton Solutions and Forest Systems.

What attendees get

A day of panels and technology demonstrations on the operational side of running a family office: consolidated reporting and data, accounting and general ledger, AI in the office, cybersecurity and the build-or-buy question for the technology stack. Demonstrations are labelled as such, which lets attendees choose which to sit in on.

This is the one event in this directory whose subject is the infrastructure of a family office rather than its investments or its family. For an office choosing or replacing its reporting platform, a day that puts a dozen vendors and a room of peers who have already chosen in one place is efficient. ClearView pairs it with the Family Wealth Report Family Office Investment Summit a month later, and runs smaller spring forums on fintech, investment and cybersecurity at the same venue. Note that ClearView's event pages carry a no-index tag, so they are easier to reach from the summits listing than from a search engine.
