How the commission works
The terms below match the Introducer Terms & Conditions. There are no tiers and no hidden conditions.
20% of first-year subscription revenue
Paid once, on the net software subscription revenue Asora receives from the customer in the first year. Taxes and implementation, setup or service fees are excluded.
Paid within 30 days
The commission is due once the customer has paid Asora in full, and is transferred within 30 days of that payment.
Six-month window
An introduction qualifies when the family office was not already in contact with Asora and signs a paid subscription within six months of the introduction.
Non-exclusive, no minimum volume
Introduce one family office or many. There is no exclusivity and no target to meet.
