About the role
As a Client Service Activation Analyst at Asora, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform, and supporting clients throughout their activation journey. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and activation processes end-to-end
- Configure client accounts, data feeds, and reporting structures
- Provide training and documentation to new platform users
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues during onboarding
- Collaborate with product and engineering to communicate client feedback
- Maintain detailed records of client configurations and requirements
Requirements
- Experience in client services, onboarding, or implementation roles
- Strong understanding of financial data and wealth management concepts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working with technical platforms and data tools
- Experience in fintech or family office sector is a plus
