About the role

As a Client Service Activation Analyst at Asora, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform, and supporting clients throughout their activation journey. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding and activation processes end-to-end
  • Configure client accounts, data feeds, and reporting structures
  • Provide training and documentation to new platform users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues during onboarding
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to communicate client feedback
  • Maintain detailed records of client configurations and requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in client services, onboarding, or implementation roles
  • Strong understanding of financial data and wealth management concepts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with technical platforms and data tools
  • Experience in fintech or family office sector is a plus
